Kirsten Bender represents international and domestic clients in white collar criminal matters, government enforcement actions and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Kirsten was a lawyer in the Office of the Chief Counsel for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) in Washington. While in law school, Kirsten served as an intern with the Department of Justice, Executive Office for US Trustees. She was an Associate Editor of the Catholic University Law Review and co-captain of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team.
