Marc-Aurèle Berret is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group based in our Paris office.
He has both French domestic and international experience in acquisition leverage financing, acting for providers (senior or subordinated), sponsors and borrowers.
Prior to joining the firm, Marc-Aurèle worked in the finance departments of French and international law firms.
- Advising EMZ Partners in connection with a unitranche financing provided by Baring Asset Management Limited relative to of the acquisition of a minority shareholding into Almerys.
- Advising Eurazeo Investment Manager in connection with a unitranche financing relative to the acquisition of ERI group by Andera Partners.
- Advising Capza and LGT Private Debt in connection with a unitranche financing relative to the acquisition of Blanchon Group by IK Partners.
- Advising Eurazeo Investment Manager in connection with a unitranche financing relative to the acquisition of Harmonie Technologie by Proph3cy.
- Advising Groupe Soler in connection with a senior infrastructure financing provided by a pool of banks.
- Advising Emova Group (formerly known as the Monceau Fleurs Group) in connection with financing the acquisition of franchised companies and businesses.
- Advising Batisanté in connection with a senior financing provided by a pool of banks in the context of acquiring the GR – Bouvier Sécurité Incendie group.
- Advising BPI France Investissement and Eurozeo Investment Manager in connection with a unitranche financing in the context of the reorganisation of Praxedo.
- Advising Zencap Asset Management and Saar LB in connection with a Euro PP financing to the benefit of Zapf GmbH.
- Advising LFPI Gestion in connection with a mezzanine financing in the context of the acquisition of Agora Technologies by Hivest Capital Partners.
