Ellen Betts has experience in assisting on commercial, retail and office leasing activities, as well as settlement and conveyancing for residential property transactions.
Originally based in our Perth office, Ellen is currently undertaking a secondment to our Sydney office.
- Assisting with leasing activities for operational retail sites across all Australian states and territories.
- Assisting with leasing matters at Yagan Square in the Perth central business district to effect the relocation of food and beverage tenants and assisting with the leasing of the flagship Market Hall venue to an established hospitality venue operator.
- Assisting with the leasing of office and retail space at One The Esplanade at Elizabeth Quay in Perth.
- Assisting with the leasing of office space at 108 St Georges’ Terrace in Perth.
- Assisting with due diligence for sale of the St Martins Centre precinct in Perth, which comprises multiple office and retail buildings, including 40 St Georges Terrace, St Martins Tower 44 St Georges Terrace, 50 St Georges Terrace, Royal McNess Building and Hay Street Mall retail.
- Assisting with lodgment of settlement documents at Landgate, the Western Australian land titles office.
- Attending to settlement on behalf of a mezzanine financing company in relation to its acquisition of a residential property.
- Assisting with drafting jetty sublicenses for moorings at Elizabeth Quay.
- Assisting with drafting termination deeds for individual apartment sale contracts for the Perth Hub development at Perth City Link.
