Phillip Bianchi is a member of the Public Policy Practice, focused on transportation, infrastructure and local government. Phil represents public and private sector companies, municipalities and nonprofits before Congress and the administration, and works to guide them through the legislative process.

    Phil has held a variety of different roles across the political spectrum. Phil has worked on federal, state and local political campaigns within Pennsylvania and the northeast, and he has worked for former US Senator Arlen Specter.

    Before joining the firm, Phil handled education, budget and community and economic development issues in the Office of the Governor of Pennsylvania.
