Phillip Bianchi is a member of our Public Policy Practice helping companies, municipalities, public entities and nonprofits navigate the legislative process.

Before joining the firm, Phil worked in the office of former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett handling statewide issues, including education, budget, and community and economic development. Prior to joining the governor's office, Phil worked on several federal, state and local campaigns within Pennsylvania and the northeast, and in the Washington DC office of former US Senator Arlen Specter.

Phil serves on the firm’s hiring team for public policy interns and the Public Policy Practice’s training committee, ensuring our policy team remains abreast of the latest issues in Washington DC.

Phil is involved with a number of philanthropic endeavors outside of work, including as a member of the Johns Hopkins Medicine Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation’s Young Professionals Board.
