Phillip Bianchi is a member of the firm’s Transportation, Infrastructure & Local Government Public Policy Group, where he helps municipalities, public and private sector companies, and nonprofits steer through the legislative process.

    Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Phil worked in the office of former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett handling statewide issues, including education, budget, and community and economic development.

    Immediately prior to joining the Governor’s office, Phil worked on several federal, state, and local campaigns within Pennsylvania and the northeast. He also worked for former US Senator Arlen Specter.
