Nicole Bothwell is an associate in the Environmental, Safety & Health Practice. Nicole’s practice focuses on environmental compliance matters and regulatory advocacy. She has experience with numerous federal environmental statutes, including the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), as well as various other state and federal regulations.

Nicole has experience in various regulatory advocacy matters, including submitting comments on US EPA rulemaking to effect regulatory change to benefit clients. She has developed a comprehensive understanding of her clients’ business needs and how to effectively communicate with the relevant regulatory bodies.

Nicole also works with the Life Sciences Industry Group and advises clients on a variety of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory matters. These include food and dietary supplement labeling, issues relating to recalled food and medical device products, and issues relating to innovations in food and beverage under FDA law.
