Adèle Bourgin is a senior associate in the Government Investigations & White Collar Practice.

Adèle represents French and international clients, including both companies and individuals, on anticorruption and white collar crime. She advises and trains clients on responsible business conduct and environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, including internationally recognised standards, European legislations on sustainability due diligence and forced labour, and the French Duty of Vigilance law.

Her experience includes due diligence, internal investigations, development and gap analysis of compliance policies and programmes (domestic and international), and human rights risk management.

Prior to joining the firm, Adele worked for five years in an American law firm based in Paris and served as a trainee lawyer at the International Criminal Court in the Office of the Prosecutor, Prosecution Division at The Hague.
