Wojciech Brzostowski is an associate in the Labour & Employment team in our Warsaw office, with several years’ experience advising on both labour and data protection (privacy) law matters.

He is well versed and experienced in Polish and EU labour law, including employment contracts, terminations, workplace policies and collective bargaining agreements. He also has an in-depth understanding of personal data protection regulations, including GDPR, and experience in implementing data protection measures.

Wojciech is also involved in providing pro bono legal assistance, including, most recently, supporting a humanitarian organisation aiding migrants on the Polish-Belarusian border.

  • Advising on collective redundancies within entities with over 50,000 employees.
  • Advising on creating employment, remunerating and implementing other internal HR policies at large and medium-sized companies, including user-friendly tools for effective internal compliance.
  • Advising on implementing ISO standards, including ISO 27001, 27002, 27005, 29100, 31700 and 37002.
  • Investigating cases of bribery, abuse of power or internal policies, i.e. white collar cases.
  • Implementing data privacy management and GDPR compliance systems at small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) companies operating in various industries.
  • Supporting employers in negotiations with trade unions, and lobbying for labour law improvements.
