David Calleja

David Calleja focuses his practice on banking and finance law, having participated in several financings and refinancings both nationally and internationally. He has advised banks, funds, lenders and borrowers in the structuring and implementation of financing transactions, including project finance, real estate finance, restructurings, and corporate finance in various sectors. In this area, he has drafted several finance agreements and all types of securities agreements. He also has experience in corporate law, having participated in several mergers and acquisitions transactions.
