With over 15 years’ experience, Partho advises corporates, management teams and business owners on a broad range of strategic and transactional matters. His practice focuses on complex domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and legal entity simplification programmes.

Partho brings deep experience across the full M&A life cycle – from pre-transaction structuring and execution through to post-merger integration. He is particularly known for his pragmatic approach, commercial insight and ability to think outside the box.

  • Advising the financial services arm of a French original equipment manufacturer (OEM) on the acquisition of a minority stake in a UK vehicle leasing broker and the launch of a new multibrand leasing provider.
  • Advising an international packaging company on the sale of its plastics division, including the sale/separation of assets and operations in several countries.
  • Advising a US-headquartered provider of cloud solutions on its acquisition of a leading provider of manufacturing execution systems software for smart manufacturing.
  • Advising the UK subsidiary of a Japanese consumer electronics company on the carve-out sale of its automotive mouldings business.
  • Advising a French-headquartered supplier of electronics to the automotive, aerospace railways and telecoms sectors on the sale of its power division.
