Peter Clouse is an associate in our Labor & Employment Practice Group, where he handles a range of labor and employment matters. He has experience defending companies in employee-based lawsuits, including against a variety of discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, as well as wage and hour disputes (including class and collective actions) and claims involving trade secret misappropriation. Peter also has experience conducting employment investigations and providing guidance to multistate and international companies to ensure their policies and practices adhere to federal, state and local employment laws.

Prior to joining the firm, Peter served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edmund A. Sargus, Jr., US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Peter graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, where he earned five CALI Awards for Excellence, including in labor law, and served as an articles editor for The Ohio State Law Journal.
