Florence Cotillon is a Partner in our Corporate team in Paris. She specializes in corporate law and reorganizations for a wide range of French entities, as well as French and international groups, from small to large caps.
On the corporate side, she assists in all aspects of day-to-day or one-off operations involving all form of French entities, from the establishment in France to the dissolution.
On the reorganization side, her area of expertise in advice and implementation includes all types of national or cross-border operations (mergers, demergers, partial contributions of assets, TUP, transfers of assets or activities, etc.).
