Florence Cotillon’s practice focuses, for all kind of entities and group of entities (companies, economic interest groups, associations, mutual associations, insurance companies, pension and contingency funds, agricultural cooperatives), on corporate law, both for day–to–day advise (notably concerning the relationships between shareholders / members / managing directors, in accordance with Articles of Associations or other agreements) and for occasional transactions (notably regarding equity operations or drafting of shareholders agreements). She also advises on restructuring transactions (in particular, mergers, split–ups, spin–offs, complete transfer of assets and liabilities) and transfers and acquisitions.
