Valle de Lara Sigmund is an associate in the Tax Strategy & Benefits team, based in our Madrid office. She has experience as a tax lawyer advising both national and multinational companies on tax matters, and, in certain areas, to individuals.
- Ongoing tax advice, both to national and international groups operating in different sectors (engineering, telecommunications, renewable energies, hotels, etc.), in the field of corporate taxation and international taxation.
- Advice on corporate reorganisation and restructuring processes, both nationally and internationally.
- Advice on employee expatriation processes.
- Tax advice to family businesses (family office), as well as in the preparation and implementation of family protocols for inheritance and gift tax.
- Advice on tax management, collection, penalty and inspection procedures.
- Providing tax advice and tax planning services on indirect taxes.
