Andrea Dinamarco

Andrea is a partner in the firm’s Financial Services practice group with a focus on complex corporate finance transactions in new markets and/or asset classes. Andrea’s experience includes advising business teams on full-cycle corporate finance transactions in the energy, technology and auto industries, including consumer and commercial equipment loans and leases, asset-backed credit facilities and securitizations. Andrea has also advised in her career on global crypto-related finance transactions.
Andrea leverages her prior experience serving as in-house counsel to two of the world’s largest auto manufacturers to serve her clients’ legal and business needs in a general advisory role.
