Daniel Dirmeier, LL.M., is an associate in the Labour & Employment Practice, based in the Berlin office. He advises and represents clients in all aspects of German labour and employment law, as well as related fields such as social security law and business immigration law.

He focuses on the drafting of employment agreements, for national and international clients, including remuneration schemes or supplementary agreements, transfer of businesses and co-determination rights-of-works councils under the Works Constitution Act, including the drafting of works council agreements.

In relation to working conditions, Daniel helps clients to implement policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and implement codes of conduct in the company. He also advises on business immigration law to assist clients with the employment of foreign professionals in Germany.

Daniel holds an LL.M. from the Berlin School of Economics and Law, Germany, with a focus on public law and the employment of staff in public administration. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked for several years as an associate in employment law, in a major law firm in Berlin.
