About Stephanie

Stephanie Dunbar is an associate based in Cincinnati whose practice focuses on litigation, with a significant concentration on healthcare-related disputes. She leverages her master’s degree in public healthcare, where her studies included Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance, health policy, environmental health and safety, as well as key regulatory frameworks, to support clients navigating complex issues in the healthcare industry.

Stephanie has significant experience representing healthcare payors in matters related to the Medicare 340B Program and other payor-provider reimbursement disputes. She also provides advisory support on Medicaid reimbursement issues and utilization management review, including guidance on coverage criteria, medical necessity considerations and reimbursement impacts. In addition, Stephanie has experience representing pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) in contractual disputes, reimbursement disputes and matters related to the 340B Program. She represents clients in both traditional litigation and complex arbitration involving healthcare-related matters. In addition to her healthcare-focused practice, Stephanie also has experience representing clients in general business and contract litigation, including wrongful death actions, product liability matters and disputes in the sustainable and renewable energy industry.

During law school, Stephanie acted as the president of the Black Law Students Association and served as a cite checker for the Human Rights Quarterly.
