Cory Eden is an associate who focuses his practice on litigation matters with particular expertise in product liability claims. Cory has represented several individuals, corporate clients and medical professionals through all phases of the litigation process.
Cory currently focuses his practice on product and commercial litigation for clients in the motor vehicle, utility-terrain vehicle and consumer products industries.
Cory has successfully first chaired several personal injury cases. He is well versed in case investigation, discovery, depositions, mediation and trial. Cory has also authored various appellate briefs as well as argued before the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas.
