Rob Eke is a partner in the Financial Services Practice and is part of the international investment funds team. Rob joined the firm from a UK based law firm specialising in the alternative assets industry.

Rob advises UK and international private equity, infrastructure, hedge fund and venture capital fund sponsors and investors on fund formation, primary investment, secondary transfers, general partner GP-led restructuring, co-investments and other related projects. Rob also advises on regulatory matters arising in connection with the management and promotion of alternative investment funds, including compliance with Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and the EU Taxonomy Regulation.

Rob was recommended in The Legal 500 UK for hedge fund formation, citing his “professionalism with charm” when working with startup managers.
