Dan Fara is an associate in the firm’s Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Digital Assets team, specialising in data protection, AI, cybersecurity and e-privacy law. With expertise in GDPR compliance, data breach management, international data transfers and emerging technologies, he provides strategic guidance to clients across sectors including healthcare, retail and technology.

Dan has contributed to key projects, such as helping global tech companies build and implement complex data protection frameworks and managing complex data breaches. Leveraging his prior in-house experience in a top US tech company, he advises on the practical implementation and implications of data protection compliance and plays a key role advising on tech transactions.

Qualified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a certified information privacy professional Europe (CIPP/E), certified information privacy manager (CIPM) and fellow of information privacy (FIP), with over five years of experience in the field, Dan is passionate about data protection and new technologies. His goal is to deliver tailored legal solutions that empower his clients to navigate the ever-evolving privacy and AI landscape confidently.
