Charlotte Farnsworth is an associate in the Financial Services Practice based in the Birmingham office.

Charlotte qualified in August 2021, after completing her training contract with the firm. She has experience in advising lenders and corporate borrowers on a range of different national and international banking transactions, including leveraged finance, real estate finance and asset based finance.

Charlotte is also a member of the Birmingham office’s Grow Your Network and Charity committees, as well as a mentor for BPP University’s Access to Practice scheme.

  • Advising various English football clubs on their debt financing arrangements.
