April Foster
Associate
April Foster is an associate in the Construction & Engineering team. She advises on construction and infrastructure matters, with experience in NEC3 and NEC4 contracts. Before joining the firm, she worked in-house for well-known organisations in the nuclear and industrial sectors, advising site licence companies and contractors on construction and consultancy contracts across new build, decommissioning and defence projects.
Her work includes drafting and negotiating upstream and downstream bespoke contracts, including framework agreements, consultancy appointments and subcontracts, as well as confidentiality agreements, warranties and parent company guarantees. She has advised on projects from tender through to completion.
April also advises on collaborative delivery models such as joint ventures and teaming agreements, and has contributed to the development of internal contract playbooks and review processes.
