Gabrielle Galante
Associate
Gabrielle Galante is an associate in our Corporate Practice Group based in New York. With a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and reorganizations, Gabrielle is a trusted advisor to both public and privately held companies across an array of industries and jurisdictions. During law school, Gabrielle was a Global Fellow Scholar, as well as an executive editor of the New York Law School Law Review.
Gabrielle’s experience includes assisting with a wide range of corporate matters, including serving as a key team member in the following transactions:
- Part of a team advising a Fortune 500 distributor of exterior building products in numerous equity and asset acquisitions of varying sizes.
- Representing Tamboran Resources Limited in the re-domiciliation of the company and its subsidiaries.
- Advising The Procter & Gamble Company in the acquisition of Mielle Organics, a provider of textured hair care products.
- Representing Liquidity Services, Inc. in its acquisition of Auction Software/Simple Auction Site and related affiliates.
- Advising a telecommunications company in a pre-closing restructuring and sale of its membership interests to a private equity fund.
