Antonio García has advised companies on all aspects of labor and employment law, social security, health and safety and immigration matters.

In particular, he focuses his practice on labor due diligence procedures; drafting of senior executive contracts and offer letters including noncompetition and confidentiality covenants; severance and termination agreements; employment data protection issues; legal advice in dismissal proceedings, including collective dismissals; clients’ assistance in conciliation oral hearings; preparation of dismissal judicial proceedings including trial evidences; employment aspects of subcontracting and TUPE; modification of working conditions; advice on aspects of immigration, as in the process to obtain work; and residence authorizations in Spain.

He also renders advice with an international perspective on employment policies and procedures.
