Henry Gard

As part of his training, Henry worked in a number of departments at the firm, spending time with the Pensions, Financial Services, Competition – Antitrust and Litigation teams, as well as completing a commercial secondment.

Henry assists trustee and employer clients on issues in relation to both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes and has experience working on issues including GMP equalisation, insurance buy-ins/buyouts, corporate transaction due diligence and scheme internal dispute resolution procedures.
