Brittany Silverman is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.

Brittany graduated summa cum laude from Capital University Law School. While earning her law degree, Brittany received six CALI Awards, including one for legal research and writing in 2019. She also worked as a staff member for the Volume 49 Law Review and then as an articles editor for the Volume 50 Law Review.

In addition to her academic successes, Brittany served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Elizabeth Preston Deavers, magistrate judge of the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Prior to this, she honed her skills by assisting two boutique firms as a law clerk, where she conducted extensive legal research of case law and precedent, prepared pleadings and discovery, and attended court hearings and examinations.
