Timothy B. Graham, II, is an associate in the Communications Practice, where he advises clients on a variety of regulatory and transactional matters.

Before joining the firm, Timothy was a legislative affairs executive at a leading trade association for the broadband and pay television industries. He also served in the US House of Representatives as counsel to a senior member of Congress and on the Committee on Energy and Commerce, Subcommittee on Communications and Technology as a legal fellow. Early in his career, Timothy was an intern in the Wireline Competition Bureau, Competition Policy Division of the Federal Communications Commission.
