Antonia Halliwell is an associate in the Competition – Antitrust Practice based in our London office. She trained with the firm and spends a significant period of time supporting the competition team in Brussels. Her practice covers contentious and non-contentious EU and UK competition law matters.

  • Advising a major global provider of market research services in relation to the competition aspects of its proposed multibillion-dollar acquisition of a competing business across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Securing multiple merger clearances in relation to a full-function joint venture (JV) between a Saudi investment company and a global energy technology business.
  • Advising on and securing National Security and Investment Act (NSIA) clearances in relation to numerous transactions (mandatory and voluntary notifications, on both buy side and sell side).
  • Advising global internet-based services providers in respect of regulatory matters in connection with the implementation of the EU Electronic Communications Code.
