Sarah Hardman is an associate in the Corporate Practice based in the Leeds office. She advises on national and international transactions, and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and capital market transactions.

Sarah trained with the firm and completed seats in the corporate, tax, employment, planning and construction teams, as well as a client secondment to an international supply chain solutions provider.

Prior to commencing her training contract, Sarah worked as a paralegal in the Labour & Employment Practice in the Leeds office and in the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice in the Sydney office.
