Rob Hermans
Associate
Rob Hermans is an associate in both our Corporate and Labour & Employment practices, based in our Brussels office. He specialises in a broad range of issues related to Belgian and international corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and general commercial matters.
Rob also has a strong expertise in Belgian labour and employment law, providing clients with expert guidance on all aspects related to individual and collective employment issues.
Prior to joining us, Rob gained valuable experience through internships at local and international law firms, as well as at the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Court of Appeal in Antwerp.
