Zachary Hofstetter is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group. He advises borrowers and lenders on a domestic and cross-border basis on a variety of matters, including debt finance and general corporate lending.

While earning his J.D. at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, Zachary was vice president of OUTLaw. Prior to attending law school, he lived in Colorado, where he worked for AmeriCorps and served on the board of a county search and rescue organization.

Zachary earned his B.S. in Biology at Loyola University Maryland, where he served on the Arboretum Board.
