Stevie Holbrook is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, where she advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including commercial, M&A, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Recently, she served as our go-to subject matter expert on the Corporate Transparency Act as it evolved, demonstrating her ability to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes, as well as understand and communicate the implications of key changes on our clients’ businesses.

As a former collegiate soccer player, Stevie brings her resilience, discipline and team-first mentality to her legal practice. Her background in competitive athletics fuels her relentless work ethic and sharp focus under pressure – qualities that consistently drive successful outcomes for clients.

While in law school, she served as the online articles editor and managing editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. She also served as an academic excellence fellow and college soccer coach, showcasing her leadership, mentorship and exceptional time management skills. Stevie also holds a Master of Business Administration and brings a strong understanding of the intersection between business and legal issues to her practice.

Stevie’s experience includes assisting with a wide range of corporate matters, including serving as a key team member of the following transactions:

  • Representing Lassonde Industries Inc. in the US$235 million purchase of equity interests of Zidian Management Corp and its subsidiaries.
  • Advising Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. in its acquisition of River Valley Pipe LLC.
  • Representing Liquidity Services, Inc. in its acquisition of Auction Software/Simple Auction Site and its various related affiliates.
  • Advising Mpac Group plc in its acquisition of Boston Conveyor & Automation, Inc.
  • Representing an insurance company in its acquisition of Paramount Insurance Company and its subsidiaries.
