George Holden is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group based in the Leeds office. George specialises in a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, advising on the acquisition and disposal of investment properties and acting for lenders and borrowers on real estate finance matters.
- Advising on the management of property portfolios for several retail and manufacturing clients.
- Advising a major clearing bank on the circa £100 million refinance of a business park.
- Advising a client on the purchase of three multi-let properties for £33 million on a 14-day timeframe.
- Advising on numerous real estate finance matters, acting for both lending institutions and borrowers.
- Advising a developer client in relation to the refinancing of existing borrowings with two separate lenders providing further funding to facilitate the next phases of development.
- Acting on the disposal of a portfolio of 10 industrial business parks comprising a mixture of leasehold and freehold properties.
