Anna Huttner is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group.

Anna graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While she was in law school, Anna was business editor for the Cleveland State Law Review. Anna also worked as a legal writing and research teaching assistant for first-year law students.

During her second and third years of law school, Anna gained valuable legal experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Anthony J. Russo of the Cuyahoga County Probate Court and as a legal intern for a large local company.

Anna represents clients in complex commercial litigation covering a wide variety of matters, including commercial contract disputes, business torts, and toxic and mass torts. She has experience with many aspects of litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, propounding and responding to written discovery, drafting dispositive motions and trial preparation. Anna also has experience representing clients in putative class actions and arbitrations where claims are brought under state wiretap laws, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), the Illinois Biometric Privacy Act (BIPA) and other theories of liability.
