Bindu Janardhanan’s legal expertise spans a diverse spectrum of corporate commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods. She offers strategic guidance and representation in practice areas such as insolvency proceedings, global product liability disputes, constitutional and administrative law matters, international trade and corporate and forensic investigations. Additionally, Bindu is deeply involved in the field of data privacy and sees herself as a conduit between India and other jurisdictions, leveraging her extensive experience to facilitate cross-border matters.

With a notable focus on automotive product liability, Bindu offers comprehensive advice to manufacturing companies, particularly in the automotive sector and also various manufacturing segments, covering regulatory compliance, engagement of international expert witnesses, advertising regulations, product recalls and hazard alerts, data compliance, intellectual property issues, and both litigation and nonlitigation mandates.

Bindu is a familiar face in the Indian courts, such as the Supreme Court of India and various tribunals and commissions, as well as other jurisdictions across the Asia Pacific region, where she represents her clients with proficiency and dedication.

Outside her legal engagements, Bindu shares her expertise by serving as a guest faculty member in a leading law school in India, where she imparts her knowledge on the intricacies of product liability law.
