Bindu Janardhanan is a disputes lawyer with extensive experience advising clients across the Asia Pacific region, including Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Thailand, as well as other global markets, with particular expertise in navigating the intricacies of Indian legal requirements.

With her proficiency in providing strategic guidance to a wide variety of clients on their cross-border matters and her experience in representing clients in Indian courts, including the esteemed Supreme Court of India, as well as various tribunals and commissions, Bindu is able to bridge the diverse legal systems in India and other jurisdictions to facilitate seamless transactions and resolve complex disputes.

Her primary area of expertise encompasses corporate commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods. Additionally, Bindu offers representation in a wide array of practice areas, including insolvency proceedings, global product liability disputes, corporate and forensic investigations, constitutional and administrative law matters, and international trade and policy.

Furthermore, she demonstrates a keen interest in information technology, data protection and the evolving legal landscape concerning artificial intelligence, including regulations, compliance, ethics and governance.
