Laura Janke
Associate
Laura Janke is an associate in the global Corporate Practice based in our Berlin office. Laura has multijurisdictional experience and advises national and international clients on M&A transactions, corporate law and commercial law matters.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Laura worked as an associate in banking and capital market law at a Berlin based law firm.
Laura advises both German- and English-speaking clients on their business activities in connection with cross-border transactions.
