Rose Kafetzis

Rose Kafetzis is an associate in the Real Estate Litigation Practice Group based in the Birmingham office. She is experienced in a wide range of real estate disputes, including commercial lease renewals, rent reviews and negotiations, refinancing and regearing.
- Acted for a national charity across their portfolio, including lease renewals, acquisitions, underleases and licences to alter.
- Counselled a commercial retailer on renewals and regears in the Bullring Shopping Centre and Westfield London and negotiated turnover rent clauses.
- Led the sale of an investment property worth £2.5 million for an investment company and facilitated the lease renewals and other aspects of asset management for their sites.
