George Kennedy specialises in corporate M&A.
George acts for corporates (indigenous and international), scaling globally. George has extensive experience advising private business owners and investors, and trade buyers and sellers.
Much of George’s corporate practice is connected with private equity, acting for private equity funds, portfolio companies of private equity funds, sellers and management teams.
George regularly advises management teams, boards of directors and shareholders on corporate governance matters, Companies Act compliance and directors’ duties.
George is internationally recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers (Global and Europe).
