Tarek Khalil is a senior associate in the Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Digital Assets Practice Group in Berlin. He advises and represents clients in complying with national and international data protection regulations. Moreover, he advises on intellectual property and technology matters, as well as international contract negotiations of cross-border commercial agreements. He also supports clients with compliance topics.

Tarek holds an LL.M. from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, with a focus on Conflict of Laws and International Civil Procedural Law. He previously worked for several years as Legal Counsel for a globally operating MDAX company.
