Inès Khanfir specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law, advising national and multinational companies, as well as investment funds, on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Inès worked in the private equity and M&A departments of French and international law firms.
