Claudia Kilpatrick is an associate in the Global Corporate Practice and is based in the Dublin office. Claudia advises on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, investments and other general commercial agreements.
Claudia has experience advising both international and Irish-based companies across various industry sectors, ranging from small startup companies to large multinational corporations.
