Darina Kogan Bellamy
Partner
Darina Kogan Bellamy is a partner in our global Corporate Practice and leads our Eurasian Capital Markets team. She focuses on international capital markets and securities transactions, as well as regularly representing underwriters, issuers and placing agents in a variety of Rule 144A/Regulation S equity and debt offerings. Darina has particular experience with London Stock Exchange listings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered issuances and registration matters. She is consistently ranked among the top lawyers globally by leading international legal directories, including Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR. Darina is recommended for her excellent client service.
Prior to joining the firm, Darina was a partner and the head of the capital markets practice for the CIS region at a leading US law firm, where she has continuously won leading roles on big-ticket mandates.
Darina is a member of the New York State Bar Association. She holds her J.D. degree from New York University School of Law and has completed executive programs at Harvard University School of Law and Said Business School at Oxford University. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of New York University School of Law.
