Sascha Konwalski is a partner in the Corporate Practice of the Frankfurt office. Sascha has broad experience in advising corporations, financial institutions and private equity investors on national and international mergers and acquisitions transactions and joint ventures, including financing and foreign direct investment matters. He also advises regularly on general corporate matters and complex intragroup reorganisations.

Prior to joining the firm, Sascha worked in the corporate/mergers and acquisitions practice of a UK Magic Circle law firm in both London and Frankfurt am Main.
