Kevin Kumar is an experienced litigator in a variety of practice areas, with a focus on commercial and tort litigation, business contractual disputes, and product liability matters in both state and federal courts.

Kevin’s clients appreciate that their satisfaction is his top priority, and know that he will zealously tackle each issue and work diligently to reach a positive result. Using his abstract problem-solving skills, Kevin’s goal is to help and be of service to his clients. As a result, Kevin’s clients entrust him with managing all aspects of litigation.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from University of California Riverside before continuing onto University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as the Chief Articles Editor for the San Diego Journal of Climate & Energy Law. During law school, he clerked at the California State Attorney General’s Office and dealt with cases involving both state and US constitutional issues. While in law school, he also clerked for a civil litigation firm and the Superior Court of San Diego County, during which time he gained experience in several different areas of civil practice.
