Thomas Lloyd is a senior associate who focuses on commercial litigation, handling matters in both state and federal courts. He is involved in all stages of litigation, including discovery, dispositive and pre-trial motions, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining our team, Thomas worked at a litigation boutique in San Francisco, where his practice focused on real estate, construction and antitrust litigation. He also successfully represented commercial developers, construction contractors and title insurance companies.

Thomas graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he worked with early-stage tech companies as a participant in the Startup Legal Garage. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
