Emma Lu is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group acting in a range of corporate and commercial disputes, in courts, tribunals and alternative dispute resolution forums. She advises on claims in contract, competition and consumer law, regulatory issues, corporate restructuring, distressed and non-distressed transactions, and external administrations.

Emma has acted for clients in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Western Australia and the Northern Territory, the New South Wales Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Australia. She has also assisted with a high-value international commercial arbitration under ICC rules in relation to a construction dispute arising from a major Australian energy project.

Previously, Emma gained experience in strategy and projects during her time with an international management consulting firm and the NSW government.
