Allyson Lumpkin is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice in the Atlanta office. She conducts investigations and defends charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), state Human Rights Commissions and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Allyson also represents employers in wage and hour lawsuits, including collective actions, and discrimination lawsuits. Allyson also assists clients with general business-related litigation matters and has experience with trademark portfolio management for US and international trademark registrations.

Allyson previously served as a law clerk at the Southeast Regional Office of the Federal Trade Commission.
