Patrick C. Maney
Associate
Patrick (Pat) Maney is an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group, and has experience representing companies and creditors in a variety of industries including energy, automotive, retail, healthcare and senior living. Pat brings a unique blend of legal insight and financial expertise to his practice, drawing on his previous experience as an asset manager for a boutique real estate investment firm in the Cincinnati area. His experience in this role along with his keen understanding of the real estate market makes Pat ideally suited to advise clients on matters involving distressed real estate.
Pat attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude.
- Successfully argued a Sixth Circuit appeal related to complex second amendment and sentencing enhancement issues, achieving a unanimous, published decision reversing the lower court on the sentencing issue.
