Ángel Manzano del Cerro is a member of the Corporate Practice Group, based in our Madrid office, where his practice focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

He has broad experience advising on company and asset transactions, mergers and other corporate restructurings, as well as acting for both industrial investors and private equity funds on the buy and sell sides.

In addition, he regularly advises Spanish companies and international groups with operations in Spain on corporate and contractual matters across a range of industries, including telecommunications and financial services.

  • Advised Sherwin-Williams, one of the world’s largest paint and coatings producers, on the acquisition of Shingels.
  • Advised Kiloutou, a company engaged in machinery rental, on the acquisition of Gloobal Movingrent and Liftisa.
