Uwe Martin

Uwe Martin is an associate in the global Corporate Practice based in our Berlin office. He has multijurisdictional experience and advises national and international clients on M&A transactions, corporate law and commercial law matters. During his education, Uwe worked for the civil law faculty at the University of Bielefeld and taught classes on contractual law. In addition, he has specialized training in the area of international trade.

Uwe advises both German- and English-speaking clients on their business activities in connection with cross-border transactions.
