Molly McNally leads the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Cleveland office, where she’s recognized for her sharp legal insight and pragmatic, business-minded counsel.
She advises publicly- and privately- held companies on a broad range of complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and corporate governance issues. Molly has significant experience leading complex multijurisdictional acquisitions and divestitures across a broad spectrum of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, insurance and food and beverage.
