Bryn McWhorter is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, based in our Washington, DC office. Bryn advises public and private companies on corporate governance and securities, investment funds and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked with domestic and global clients across a wide range of industries, including renewable energy, healthcare and government services.

  • Representing a client on the sale of a defense contracting business to a private investment firm and a publicly-traded business development company.
  • Representing institutional investors in connection with private equity and real estate fund investments.
  • Advising a sovereign wealth fund in its equity investment in a clean energy technology company through the purchase of preferred stock, in connection with a strategic collaboration to develop a green hydrogen facility in the Middle East.
